I am not familiar with the word, but googling it seems to be the same as Kegel exercises which I practiced before when I was pregnant. My physician recommended this for giving support to my pelvic muscles and having a less painful birth. This is more of muscle control, tightening the vagina and loosening it on your desired time with much control. This is more of squeezing exercises but I think pompoir involves other motions.. I did tried muscle control during sex and I haven't succeeded much so have not practiced it well.. But I think this is very sexy and I am very much intrigued with your type of sex.
