Sure why not, let’s go with aggravated underpants theft, and add a few counts of “having a vagina” and “being Hillary Clinton” for good measure.

KIDDING! They want her prosecuted for paying Fusion GPS to do the opposition research that led to THE DODGY STEELE DOSSIER, but weirdly, they do not want the conservative Washington Free Beacon prosecuted for funding the very same company for the very same purpose.

I apologize for my pre edited response. It's claimed I'm scared of Hillary because I don't like her. In the same statement I think I made clear I think Trump is a piece of shit also. However, some people aren't capable of accepting a statement in it's entirety but rather take pieces and change the context. These same people are also not capable of accepting someone elses view at face value without finding hidden meanings that even the original poster didn't know was there. I came seeking honest discussion and found none. I should have known better.

Not guilty and not responsible are two different things. She left a diplomatic mission in one of the most dangerous places in the world underprotected. If you have to leave embassies/missions underprotected do it in London or Montrell or Berlin. Not any country in the middle east. Responsible

This just shows how dangerous it is to operate on limited knowledge and to fall into opposition propaganda.

No, Benghazi didn't happen because of her responsibility. The CIA was responsible for there being a problem at that consulate. The ambassador was only there to find out why the hell there was interest in the consulate that he didn't know about. And Clinton had done her duty in asking for more protection (although there's no "more" protection in the world that will fully protect an American post overseas--it's ignorance that thinks there is). Congress hadn't provided the necessary funds to augment the State Department request for augmented security here and elsewhere. Beyond that, as noted, there is no way to provide total protection for a U.S. outpost anywhere that terrorists are intent on wiping out. And the place was wiped out before it would have been physically possible to bring in help--for activity being conducted there that the State Department hadn't been informed about. Sorry, the world isn't fully control by the United States as you seem to think it is. The secretary of state is several steps above hands-on running of embassies, by the way. Her duties were at a much higher level. Again, ignorance on how the system works and determination of Republicans and other alt-righters to smear her any way they can.

Do you hold Bush the Lesser and his secretaries of state responsible for the 60 deaths of Americans in terrorist attacks against 13 U.S. embassies and consulates in his eight years in office? No, you don't, because you don't know anything about them. You don't care about them because they don't have Hillary Clinton attached to them in any way.
