I took my mom in with horrible abdominal pain on early Monday Morning and she wound up having emergency having a hernia operation. She was supposed to be able to go home two days later but she is still in so much pain, so much she was in the same pain she went in with, that they have no idea what is going on.

I hate seeing her like this.
 
The new box of cereal is hiding in the pantry; guess it's frosted mini wheat or pie instead.

I'm so sorry about your mum. It's difficult to see the one who nurtured and loves us unconditionally being in pain. Sending good vibes her way.

A good nurse is priceless. They really do deserve a shout out. Thanks for recognizing their often overlooked contribution to the health care industry.
