I'm looking for a particular story

Sorry but I don't know the story you describe. I, too, am looking for a story that I read but now can't find no matter how I search.

The story starts aboard a small space station run by a single female astronaut. She observes an incoming space craft, and determines, to her horror, that it belongs to a deadly alien species. This particular species has a long tongue instead of a head, but is otherwise humanoid. Once it gets on top of a human female, it holds her down and basically performs cunnilingus on her until she dies of starvation.

The next part of the story is set aboard a spaceship coming to rescue the probably already-dead astronaut. Aboard are a navy pilot and a squad of marines. They are all women. The marines have faced these aliens before, but the navy pilot has not, so the marines arrange a demonstration, in which they hold her immobile and one of the fists her until she loses consciousness.

I have done many searches, but I just can't find this story. I think I read it last year, but I suppose it could have been the year before. Thank you for your help.

I'm pretty much a solo writer, not because I'm not collaborative but more because my stories are very sporadic. I'll write a few and then disappear for a year while drafts sit. So I worry that I would frustrate a collaborator.
