I'm curious, how many people actually felt more tired after the switch to DST? For me, I think that extra tiredness is a bit of a myth. How many times have we all lost an hour of sleep and didn't feel debilitated by it? So Litsters, DSTlag, fact or fiction?

I tend to be of the feeling though, that if you don’t want to be seen with me in public there’s a good reason and it’s usually one of deceiving someone so I tend to stay well away from those people..
