It's not a deflection. If God created everything "Good" then everything was perfect. Sin is what made everything bad.

You're such a JoelJr. you can't even admit you preach what the Bible doesn't say when you're FACTUALLY called-out on it, and then you further your phoniness by trying to justify your blasphemy, anyway.

Also, wannabe...

"If God created everything "Good" then everything was perfect", as you're preaching again what the Word of God doesn't say at all...

...then whom/what created "Sin" that "made everything bad."

Geezus: you're so utterly and arrogantly ignorant you're not even aware what the words "embarrassed" and "ashamed" mean. Isn't there some junior birdman missionary mission to Antarctica you can sign-up for?

I see. I didn't realize that I was Joel Jr. So, if God called everything good, then you don't believe that everything was perfect? Interesting. I am blaspheming? How? By disagreeing with you? I do think that for God to call everything "Good" that He means that it's perfect. Sounds reasonable to me. Sin, death and destruction didn't enter the world until AFTER Adam sinned. So where is the blasphemy? How is it exactly that I am a wannabe at? You are saying that the word doesn't say that everything was perfect. How exactly was it imperect before the fall of Adam? Now I utter and arrogantly ignorant. Ok then. I just believe what the Bible says that all. Not embarrassed by you ashamed. I think you are the one who should be ashamed of the way you are talking to me. Not interested in going to Antarctica, thanks anyway. You seem pretty angry. Maybe you aught to focus more on trying to get your point across with facts and logic rather than baseless accusations and anger. Just a thought.

So you admit that you interpret the Bible and give the scriptures a different meaning.

Lots of people do that, but I thought you claimed that you didn't.

:D

Doesn't matter what you personally "think", JoelJr, all that matters is what the Word of God SAYS, and nowhere does it say what you personally think:

Adam was created perfect...

So where is the blasphemy?

Do not add to His words
Or He will reprove you, and you will be proved a liar.

Proverbs 30:5-6 (NASB)

JoelJr say what?

I think you are the one who should be ashamed of the way you are talking to me.

Special "Christian" snowflake, are you now?

The literal Word of God doesn't meet your "facts and logic", rather you insist that your "thought" is able to add to it/interpret it your own "thought" way. Newsflash, wannabe: your blasphemous "thought" religion, your worldly "think" dogma, isn't needed at all.

:D Here, watch this and experience what utter secular fools you "Christians" and your "Christianity" totally are:

Also:

Why does His Word instruct that a believer should never even eat with anyone who claims to be a believer...

...but is simply just another JoelJr?

You should look at the bible verse that talks about something like that.;)
You should also look up the verse that talks about letting one who is sinless cast the first stone.

This is a late Sunday Funday entry:

Nope, I do not do that.

You most certainly do, wannabe:

Adam was created perfect...

ONLY God is perfect, JoelJr.

If you actually read the Word of God for what it literally says, not how you choose to interpret it to say, you'd know even the Nazarene bristled at simply being referred to as "Good":

As Jesus started on his way, a man ran up to him and fell on his knees before him. “Good teacher,” he asked, “what must I do to inherit eternal life?”

“Why do you call me good?” Jesus answered. “No one is good—except God alone."

Mark 10:17-18 (NASB)

Again, swindler:

Do not add to His words
Or He will reprove you, and you will be proved a liar.

Proverbs 30:5-6 (NASB)

I tried going to heaven when I was bashed in the head, but God kicked me back w/some lame excuse about him not being done w/me.

The least he could've done was turn the lights on like he does w/everyone else.

If you are considering the story of the woman taken in Adultery, that was not in the earliest Bible texts at all. There are three Greek texts of the Book of John which predate 250 AD. None includes this story. It was added post 250 by churchmen keen to impose their views by invoking it as a Jesus story.

How can you say that about Jesus? Abraham spoke face to face with Pre Incarnate Jesus did you know that? Also, who do you think it was speaking with Noah?
The same guy who said that Noah and Abram were perfect, then said nobody is so much as good.

Yes, that is interesting isn't it. I should have just told "Eyer" - Bob...to be nice.:D

The word translated into English as perfect (tamiym, taw-meem') actually means that he was a man of integrity. It doesn't mean sinless. Remember that the Bible wasn't originally written in english.

08549. Mymt tamiym, taw-meem'

from 8552; entire (literally, figuratively or morally); also (as noun) integrity, truth:--without blemish, complete, full, perfect, sincerely (-ity), sound, without spot, undefiled, upright(-ly), whole.

So when you say that Adam was perfect, do you just mean he was a man of integrity?
