That's pretty good. But it forgot to include Maddow in it someplace. And Joy Behar orgasming over the "breaking news".

The more the con artist protests, the more he tries to hide, the worse it will be for him.
He's so worried about collusion he's blind to the money laundering charges which will come due.

Oh lookey, a NEW fake allegation.

Presidents shouldn't ever criticize the media. I doubt it will ever stop but they shouldn't.

That worked out great for "W".

The media brought this on themselves by pushing the idea of fake news in the first place in order to discredit any & everything that might reflect poorly on Clinton. It came back and bit them in the ass when Trump used it on them.

Some of the stories about Clinton were false. Some unflattering stories about Trump were (and are) true. He was handed the frame that he uses.

Criticizing other outlets for reporting false stories would have been fine. Identify and attack false stories but simply attempting to brand competors as "fake" was sloppy and stupid.

Why shouldn't they? If somebody attacks you, I see nothing wrong with responding.

There is defending yourself against a story and there is attacking an entire media outlet thereby telling the people it can't be believed in anything it says. Many presidents have done it. It's wrong.

No, this is the con artist doing what does to protect his "image" because of his malignant narcissism. Of the 7,000 lawsuits he's been involved in, both for his failed businesses and personally, in almost every single pleading he uses phrases such as, "detrimental to his image", "places a negative light on his dealings", and so on.

All he does is cherry pick a story which is true (sleeping with a porn star while married) and says it's fake because if it's true, it reflects badly on his image. He's done this since day one. Every news organization who ever dealt with him, even when he asked to be interviewed, will tell you so long as the story is flattering to him, he's fine. The moment anything negative is mentioned, even counting the number of his failed businesses which is public record, he immediately jumps all over them.

Here's proof that it's about his image, not the truth of the matter:

A few days later, Trump held a news conference in Trump Tower, where he answered my other question. Where was the remainder of the money Trump had raised from other donors, four months earlier? Turns out, it had been sitting in the Trump Foundation, unspent. In this news conference, Trump announced that he had given the last of it away — and he lashed out at the media for asking him to account for the money.

“Instead of being like, ‘Thank you very much, Mr. Trump,’ or ‘Trump did a good job,’ everyone said : ‘Who got it? Who got it? Who got it?’ And you make me look very bad,” Trump said. “I have never received such bad publicity for doing such a good job.”

He was asked a legitimate question: where was the money donors had given to his "foundation"? Where was it spent?

Instead of saying they were working on it, he immediately made the subject about his image, how people should thank him and so on. He expressed outrage he should be held accountable for his actions.

The same thing happens again and again. Here's what a reporter who interviewed the con artist late last year recounted:

A big point of interest, however, was when the president noted that the media “have” to let him win re-election, suggesting that without his omnipresence, institutions like the “failing New York Times” will become the “failed New York Times.”

And again. It's not his fault he is the way he is. It's the press' fault for making him seem that way when they report on his very words:

“I think the press makes me more uncivil than I am,” Trump told the press.

And now, with Mueller, the House and Senate committees, the intelligence agencies, and even his own people saying Russia meddled in our elections, he goes and says he's never said Russia didn't meddle even though he explicitly said he believes Putin when he said Russia didn't meddle.

First, his comments saying he believes Putin:

"He said he didn't meddle. He said he didn't meddle. I asked him again. You can only ask so many times," Trump told reporters aboard Air Force One as he flew from Da Nang to Hanoi in Vietnam. Trump spoke to Putin three times on the sidelines of summit here, where the Russia meddling issue arose.

"Every time he sees me, he says, 'I didn't do that,' " Trump said. "And I believe, I really believe, that when he tells me that, he means it."

"I think he is very insulted by it," Trump added.

Note the last comment. Putin is insulted by being asked the question. That's an image issue. It reflects badly on Putin to be asked or accused of meddling.

Now here's the con artist the other day denying he said he didn't believe Russia interfered by both using a statement he said weeks after saying there was no Russian interference, and deflecting:

"I never said Russia did not meddle in the election, I said 'it may be Russia, or China or another country or group, or it may be a 400 pound genius sitting in bed and playing with his computer,' " Trump tweeted.

"The Russian 'hoax' was that the Trump campaign colluded with Russia - it never did!"

The same with his tax returns. He doesn't disclose them because to do so would be showing facts about his financial status and his dealings. As the one piece we do have showed, he lost a billion dollars on his casinos. That makes one look incompetent, but as he repeatedly tells us, he's a great businessman.

He claims to be a billionaire but has never provided evidence. It's all on his word. It's the same reason he praises the Fox tabloid. They never report anything bad about him. They are his enablers and why they're not a real news organization.

It's about image. Nothing more. He'll keep saying every truthful story is fake because if he admits to any of them, it tarnishes his image. That's what he cherishes most. His image.

Trump didn't come from the typical political cesspool all other modern presidents came from. Therefore he is unlikely and unbound to follow the typical rules. You are watching something never seen before. Think of it as art.

There is also the issue that the media have ganged up to cook up and spread those false stories between them. Do you expect the victim of those stories to just respond to 1 outlet when they are all doing it together?

And, if "many President's have done it" that sounds more like a tradition than anything else. And a failure of the Press to meet the most basic standard of journalistic decency.

So, mainstream media reporting on Tromp's incessant lying and malfeasance is "ganging up on him?" I thought it was "speaking truth to power." Sure, crooks in office prefer a lapdog media that won't challenge their sliminess. I'd want that too. The only 'freedom' in the Constitution is FREEDOM of speech and the press. Tromp labels media that don't kiss his balls "The Enemy." Thus, Tromp is AT WAR with basic freedom, as well as with the responsibilities accompanying rights and liberties. Remember that.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

That's the only occurrence of 'freedom' in the Constitution. Note that free exercise of religion may not be *prohibited* (except faiths including drug sacraments, animal sacrifices, and whatever else lawmakers don't like) but like so much else it can be *regulated* (and don't use a phony church to evade taxes). All else granted by the Constitution are 'liberty' (mentioned 3 times) and 'rights' (mostly voting rights), all of which carry responsibilities. Now tell Congress to stop regulating.

Still looking for hope and change.

Still looking for hope and change.
Still deflecting. The chickens squawk louder as the fox nears the henhouse.

I thought obstruction was going to bring him down.
That's a "high crime", grounds for an unlikely indictment (impeachment). The money laundering prior to taking office is prosecutable in federal and state courts. A sitting VPOTUS (Agnew) was imprisoned for prior corruption. We'll see what he or his successor Pence can pardon him for.
