I really come her to explore. I love chatting with others even if I don't agree with their sexual activities. It has opened a whole new world for me. Will I step into that world , good question, but it is fun to fantasize.
I've been reading here forever, been writing my entire life, and back in 2011 decided to submit my 1st actual porn story, then completely forgot I had signed up for the next 5 1/2 years. I discovered forums for the first time on another dirty story site in January of this year, but there's not nearly enough traffic there, too many trolls, and just a couple of little cliques that only talk to each other.
I stumbled onto the fact that there are forums here, and OMG! It's so full of nice, fun people (with a fairly low ratio of trolls and assholes). I love it here, in spite of the rare occurrences of mean-spiritedness.
The Lit boards are a good place to observe the correlation between a person's political/philosophical orientation and their sexual proclivities (or lack thereof). Many of the posters provide written feedback on both their political views and, often separately, their views on sex and gender.
Going back to Freud and beyond, many have postulated that much of a person's actions are significantly impacted by their ability to feel sexually fulfilled. This has always made sense to me, because evolution of all sexual species is so closely tied to sexual activity, so it follows that sex is deeply programmed in the human psyche, going back millions of years when you consider the long evolutionary path of our species. This level of programming is not easily overcome in a single brief and fleeting lifetime of a human.
Of course, most humans tend to regard themselves as being more sophisticated than other sexual species, so they sublimate their sexuality into whatever they regard as being a more important calling, whether that is religion, power, materialism, social idealism, a political cause, environmentalism, militarism, etc. However, the irony is that if a high-libido person is not able to satisfy his or her deeply programmed sexual urges in a constructive and legal manner, they become blind to their own deepest motives.
This blind spot is evident among a number of posters on the Lit boards. providing an excellent platform for linking attitudes about sex to political and philosophical orientation.
