Sal is on an assault course with NRR to get the first part of her first badge. She’s a qualified junior chef so we’ll need her to cook for us in the battlefield.

Well that’s enough studying, I’m getting prepared for tomorrow when we have to meet some cadets (16 & 17 year olds) who are using their school holiday to learn more about the army. All part of our training.

I remember I was about 8 years old when I saw the episode in which she was killed off. It was a summer Friday evening and we were getting ready for Sabbath. I rushed upstairs and cried and cried and cried. Didn’t come down for supper. My father had to watch the DVDs on his own for a month!

Busy afternoon, at least busy in my world. Have a load of laundry running and about to go pick up some groceries. Supposed to rain all this week and I like to have the larder filled. If it snows I can't get out of this place, so milk run is a necessity. I drink as much milk as Uggg drinks gin. LOL

I will raise a glass of apple cider to the newlywed couple's anniversary.
