It was a salesperson. My fault, I left a message on Friday, thinking they would call me Monday to answer a question I had. Finally got some sleep later in the day, then decided I didn't have a good reason to do anything so I read and snoozed all afternoon and evening. Now I am watching Olympics.

My sister did that to me. Pocket dialed me in the middle of the night three nights in a row. I was not impressed! Apparently she had me as her #1 on her speed dial. I told her to make me #10. Problem solved.

We are supposed to have a week of rain, but I doubt it. I think we will get some on Wed. Maybe some snow. Who knows.

Always good to be able to stay indoors in bad weather. Glad it missed you. Be careful you don't wash out to sea when all the water dropped in the mountains runs downhill.

That is a shame, but I would rather have bad weather on the weekend then deal with it while working. Of course as a teacher, we had to walk from one building to another to use the restroom or eat or whatever, so rain meant being soaked. I suppose if one stays in an office all day, weather doesn't matter. Did you start your pineapples in the house first? My mom started pineapples and potatoes in the house and then planted them outside.

I've had them outside in pots for a couple of years but its time to split them up and I'll have too many for my pots once Ive done that so I need to plant them out. I have a few smaller ones in pots inside but they are prickly plants so they go outside once they start to get big.

I have been trying to talk myself into eating bananas because they have a lot of good things in them, but it is hard. But I can't get into mango and guava. I like green grapes and cherries and delicious apples. A lot of orange relatives are too tart for me and a lot of apples feel mealy. I would have a hard time surviving in the tropics. I don't like humidity or seafood. LOL I would starve and sweat to death.

When I was looking for a house for retirement, the level of humidity was a huge factor.
