On the one hand, I can see a lot of people now on the government payroll spending time in Club Fed. This could be a significant scandal.
On the other, I can see a lot of nothing coming from this. Maybe I'm misreading the scope of involvement of the people at the top, or maybe they'll just skate like they always seem to. I still can't believe a half-dozen IRS honchos weren't charged - but that was then.

It seems pretty clear that Strzok and Page intended to, and probably did, illegally abuse their positions.

Further, if their texts are accurate, then so did McCabe, Comey, and Lynch.

What bothers me is that the GOP released their memo and suppressed the Dems' response. This is potentially too serious of a scandal to play politics.

We knew that FISA requests had all been turned down before the use of the dossier. The Democrats knew it too, their people got to read the same documents as did Trey Gowdy. They knew what was in it and assumed that it would not see the light of day which is why they are currently scrambling and squawking.

I think by collusion, they mean behind the scenes leaking by the Trump Administration to Nunez because of the White House meeting where Nunez affirmed that there had been a conspiracy between the FBI and Justice to destroy him and his Presidency.

They say they have no objection to the release of the Shiff(sp) memo. Apparently the problem with that is redacting the methods, means, and sources that Shiff(sp) filled it with.

Yes, right now it is being read by anyone who wants to read it and eventually, I assume that it will be released with the underlying claim (which we have seen here in the past) that some of it is true, so it cannot be dismissed and it was the true stuff that enabled the judge(s) to issue a warrant.

Tho one I can't quite figure out is Ohr. He dutifully reports that Steele is a raging partisan with an axe to grind which leads to the FBI's termination of Steele as a credible source. Then proceeds to continue to feed his superiors with information from Steele via the middle agent Fusion GPS. Was he ordered to do so by his superiors? He starts out looking like a squared away agent and then it appears he was compromised somewhere along the way.

A memo written by someone who hasn't read the underlying material, released by an oversight committee that refused to question the FBI about the issues they had and then voted along party lines to prevent the release of a memo written by members of the other party who have actually read the underlying material.

That alone answers your question.

The thing about this memo, is let's go with its true and there's all this proof that ties Hillary. Obama, many top dems into this collusion and Treason...

The media and more than half of this country are so skewed against Trump/GOP and anything resembling decency when it comes to their people breaking the law would anything ever happen legally?

I say this because of the Mueller investigation which is conveniently overlooking the abundance of evidence linking Hillary to the things in this memo and with no mention.

If this was a real investigation Trump, Hillary, Obama and many others would ride and this country could start over with the biggest pariahs from both parties locked up.
