I haven't seen a post on this and I haven't gotten a reply. During a periodic search for plagiarism, this site came up. It downloads Literotica stories, displaying them in a text file (no page breaks like on here) that makes copy/paste easy, and allows the stories to be downloaded in Kindle format. All you have to do is copy the URL of the Literotica story and it gets it for you. It is NOT affilitated with Literotica.

Other than removing my content from here and notifying the administrators, has anyone else dealt with this?

It is a tool to use. If someone wants to copy a Literotica story to keep for themselves it only takes a few actions to highlight then copy/paste to do it.

Literoticatokindle is just a slightly easier way. If you post a story anywhere on the internet it will be copied.

It was discussed on this forum last April: http://forum.literotica.com/showthread.php?t=1422454

As I said in that thread, I'm not sure this is worth getting worked up about. They haven't cloned this site's navigation features, so unless you're willing to just click their "random story" button, you still pretty much have to go to Literotica to find the URL for a story. They link back to authors' Literotica pages and they're not monetising it anywhere that I can see.

So they're really just offering people an option to reformat the stories they've already found on Literotica. To me, that doesn't seem a whole lot different from using my browser settings to change the way a story displays. Am I missing something?

I would have no objection to somebody downloading a story or poem of mine. In fact, I would be flattered if somebody did. If and when a fan asks my permission to do so, I would say to go ahead. The only things that would bother me would be that person selling copies or posting the work to some other site and claiming authorship.
