Ok this is admittedly a very thin connection to BDSM, but Risk is known as the game of strategic conquest and global domination so I'm going with it. Not the same kind of domination, obviously, but since this is the area of Lit I spend most of my time, I'm coming to you all for your suggestions.
This weekend I'm hosting a day of games for some friends, with the main event being a game of Risk. My question for all of you is this: do you have any fun and quirky house rules you like to play with? For example:
Fixed Cards - instead of progressive army totals, you always get 4 for infantry, 6 for cavalry, 8 for artillery, 10 for one of each.
Seinfeld Rule - when defending Ukraine, the player must say, "Ukraine is not weak!" If they forget to do this, they must take a shot.
Holy Land - whoever has the Middle East at the start of their turn gets one additional army, and they must place it on the Middle East.
The Parting Shot - whenever a player is eliminated, all remaining players must take a shot in honor of the vanquished foe.
As you can see from those examples, I'm looking for silly and simple house rules, not complicated alternative versions. (No thank you to nuclear war, etc.) Thanks in advance for your suggestions. And if you can't think of anything related to the thread topic, gifs of bouncing titties are always appreciated too. God bless, and roll sixes!
