Videos in general as a form of news media annoys the crap put of me. Give me something to read at my own pace, and I will. If I'm forced to sit through five minutes to yapping to get the needed information, I'll pass nine out of ten times.

I'm extra weary of Youtube links, since it's usually some poorly produced wannabe "citizen journalist" vlogger. I can stomach that in written form but not as a video.

It wasn't in this case, but I've come to expect it from a YT link.

A written one has to be quite short and crisp for me. A reporter demonstrating his quality writing for ever to tell me a few things bores me.

A video i fast forward, get my bits, see what it's about, and move on.
