I had a couple of small disappointments that much felt bigger than they probably really were. I made myself get out of the house, treated myself to a bit of shopping therapy at Goodwill, and an iced coffee from McDonald's, and I'm doing moderately better now.

It is so easy for me to become too inward-focused, and begin the downward spiral. Ugh.
