So says Russian commentator Yury Makarenko. Makarenko points out the con artist has done everything he can not to implement Congressionally mandated sanctions on various Russian firms and people, including getting help from Secretary of State Rex Tillerson who disbanded the entire section responsible for implementing the sanctions.
The sanctions were supposed to be put in place no later than the end of October 2017, but due to the deliberate delays and obstructions, the State Department “was able only to publish the names of certain Russian individuals on whom sanctions were to be imposed.”
Further, the con artist has said they will come up with their own list of sanctions by January 19, 2018, but it is only a list. There is no plan to implement any sanctions on this list or the original list as directed by Congress.
Nonetheless and “in the face of all the Russophobes” in Washington, Makarenko concludes, “the White House has consciously dragged out the introduction of the notorious sanctions and at this time is playing on Russia’s side.”
