I know....trust me, I know. I’ve been accused of having a head lost in fairytales. When the truth is that idea above runs through my head more often than I care to admit. But that’s where faith is needed; faith for your future, for yourself, for your ‘one’. I have faith that the above is not your journey, Ms Tink. :rose:

Dearest Lit-Peeps,

I’m just leaving this here in the small chance the information may be needed.

I’ve decided to take a little Lit-vacation. Those who know me are aware that I do this from time-to-time. For as wonderful, vibrant, and positively naughty this place is, where the best of people really shine and close friendships are formed; I have come to see that it can also be a place where the worst selves of people’s intentions and personalities also play.

I believe we all know of which I talk about; the people who lie and deceive, who play mind games, who toy with hearts like it’s acceptable collateral damage for their own pleasure/escape/sense of self-worth. And while I am highly aware that such behaviour comes from fear and unresolved pain/harm, I have noted within myself that as an empath, being surrounded and subjected to such negativity isn’t good for me right now.

For those who wish to remain in contact with me, please feel free to PM so we can find an arrangement to connect by other means. I’m more than happy to converse away from here for the time being. I don’t imagine there would be many, but I thought I’d put the offer out.

As a final fleeting thought, if you are ever hurt or angered by people such as those described above, keep this in mind...

They are simply damaged individuals who have lost light, love and faith for themselves and quite possibly for their worlds. It is not a reflection on you. Don’t allow them the power to destroy the light, love, and faith within you.
