A volunteer is worth ten pressed men! I like your philosophy: teach people that safety is not only a practical and attainable goal alongside other pressures, but that they can individually take agency for delivering it. That's far better than them regarding safety as something that's done to them.

Ha! Brain download was fine, am glad my approach to safety resonates, I find I am not least taken seriously at professional safety events but I would like to think I have engendered an ownership and a culture that does not see safety as a barrier but an enabler

However, given EOs desires around hi-vis clothing I may regress to type shortly:)
