Apologising? I don't think I've seen an apology being connected with this thread OP. That's fine with me. Life is what it is. I'll just note that the OP isn't really an apology or reference to basic attitudes changing. It's more of a "drink empowers me to be my basic self" statement.

And, yes, people, at least in the United States, are becoming more bloody minded, feeling empowered to openly be so by who was let into the White House and who is being tolerated to be what he is. I live in Charlottesville, I've seen first hand what letting the crazies out of the bag looks like.

As to the last, I've responded to that elsewhere. No, when someone is proudly, loudly, and purposely-in-your-face projecting herself as both black and a bitch, it's not racist to agreed with her.
