I think 'Sad Syndrome' at this time of year is a recognised medical condition so you are not alone in the way that you feel. I'm glad to hear that the way you are currently feeling is not affecting your sex life or your work either though

Yes, I had an online consultation with my general practitioner and she mentioned SAD. I am going to the pharmacist tomorrow to collect
a prescription. I am going back on clonazepam, a night time drug for my insomnia.

I think you under estimate this problem hairball my love. Socially it can be disabling. TRT also finds it expensive when having suits made. Granted, the tailors are good at what they do thankfully.
