Actually, you can't pay someone to write RP for you. It just doesn't work that way. Good roleplay, and who wants bad roleplay? is made up on the fly, sort of like jazz riffs, one player sliding off the other.

Ideas for roleplay situation are easy. Selling the role is the work. Best of luck with that, if you need help for that.

I don't think that leading, or even participating in, roleplay is feasable for the OP.

In the past, I sometimes allowed others to suggest or guide a storyline where I did all the actual writing, but I found it quickly devolves to some convoluted mess that they can't really help with because they want you to write the tale in their head, when they have no ability to articulate it.

Aside from that, what's my payoff for putting in the work to try to craft a story that appeals to someone who is not me? Nothing wrong with knowing and tailoring to your audience, but ultimately it's still got to be the story that comes from my imagination to my pen.
