Welcome to the Lit open mic and karaoke bar. If you play an instrument, sing, read poetry, or have any other talent then step up to the microphone and entertain us.

I'll start things off. I'm working on learning to play guitar. I can play alright if I a have a chart in front of me but can't improvise or play from memory. I think playing "for an audience" helps force me to work on being a better player.

Fair warning, I can't carry a tune in a bushel basket but like to sing anyway.

This is based on a new human resources philosophy a certain retail chain put out a few years ago before they laid off the entire warehouse I worked in at the time. You not only get to hear me rap, but you also get to see me try to look "thug"
