I didn't get my paperwork done because I couldn't download all the documents I needed because Xfinity decided to pick today to be undependable. Miserable suckers of cocks!!! Anyway, I still have tomorrow to do it. It just means that I won't be able to attend this memorial ride I was going to go to. I don't think that the weather is going to cooperate anyway.


I went to Mom's for B-day dinner, and then out to dinner later with a date - of sorts. I may have overeaten . . . just a little. I have more fucking Italian leftovers in my refrigerator than tribe of cannibals after a cruise ship disaster on their beach.

I'm coming down with another round of some kind of respiratory crap. I probably picked up another germ in one of those septic-ass apartments. I may have to bring all my tools home when I'm finished and boil them all.

I couldn't sleep last night so I went to work early and knocked that off. It's turkey day here but we have a quiet day planned of too much food, movies, and cards. I even took the pups to the dog park to chase the tree rats early this morning.

We got some rain last night for the first time this month and in about three weeks, I think. Enough to leave the rain-gauge roof puddles.


I feel better about skipping the ride this morning. Fuck wet pavement.


I think that I'll look into buying a pair of tires for that thing next spring. Nothing like good gription. The dealer is open today, and I don't know a bike shop yet, unless I consider the old chopper shop across town, which might not be a bad idea either. Damn hogs get kinda like boats with $1K visits to the dealer. MOst of this shit I'll do myself, however. Some of it will require more research.


Leaves are beginning to fall, so I can see the tree rats more easily. Now, if they'll just come out to play . . . .
