I'm currently in the middle of writing a story based on this photo, however, due to mixed feedback, I don't know if I should continue since part of the charm is removed if it is even a little bit fake (contains nudity!):

Staged for sure but fake is harder to determine from a still image. Although I will say her smile looks genuine. But my bigger thought is that if you're making up a story based on what you got out of the picture when you first saw it, does it really matter if it is faked?
