Abortion is very much now like slavery was in the 1860's, where one person claims to own the other, and owing to such claim, also claims the right to do as they wish with their property. In the case of fetuses, they are simply killed as inconvenient people. I fail to see how the fourteenth amendment should not be amended to extend to the protection of the life of the pre-born.
Section. 1. All persons born or naturalized in[/FONT] the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
Good grief. For someone who's in Mensa, the fundamental lack of understanding of the reproductive process is pretty astounding. (Although I see he's stopped referring to 'babies', so I guess that's something.)
