I turned 60 recently.
I just had a liver re-section (Liver Cancer)
I had a prostatectomy a while ago (Prostate cancer) that left me impotent.
I had a penile implant shortly after (see above)
I've had a number of nasty accidents that have left their mark.
Every time I leave a hospital, I fee like I've been paroled again.
Still, I feel strong. This is my 60.
I've lurked here for a long time. This is my first post.

Good luck. I'm nearly 20 years older and plan on getting even older.![]()
We all have our trials, but yeah, I've had my share and then some.
Then I guess I'm one hell of a character! Thanks.
I've been thinking about a thread discussing cancer, self-esteem, sexuality and outlook. I'm not sure about what area is appropriate here, I am not a fan of the general board and I don't exactly think it's a fetish topic.
Between the threat of cancer (I'm on chemo), surgeries to remove it and the impact of those, I have some things to impart that people may find interesting or even useful if they should find themselves in a similar situation.
Prostate removal means no seminal fluid (at all) with an orgasm, complicated prostate surgery can leads to complete impotence (it did in my case) and while inflatable penile implants can restore function, they are never something to opt for if you have a choice. These are topics I don't see discussed in any depth anywhere like they could be on Lit.
I am thankful to be alive and still an active sexual being. I am thankful for a great woman who loves who I am.
I don't have any illusions about being hyper-sexy (my PM box affirms that feeling - not one PM - not even from bear chasing gay guys! lol) but I appreciate all of you who took time to post.
Love your Socks thread!
I'm an admirer of your threads, too. Thanks for your kind words.

Oh I will, thank you.

They work just fine and chickens should be so lucky to have legs like that! Very nice!!

I posted a few times about discovering I HAD prostate cancer. I nearly refused help. But because of my wife and adult children I did it for them. I went thru 45 radiation treatments. Totally painless and treated very well at all times.
We discussed shots or an implant. Posters at the cancer hospital mentioned DR OZ and some sort of shots.
Right now I'm waiting for my final exam Dec 29th. Supposedly I'm cured of prostate cancer. I can sometimes get an erection but nothing to work with. My wife and I miss sex very much. But it's not the end of the world and she has friends to take care of her desires. I don't mind at all.
Tomorrow I go to my heart doctor for the I.V. stress test to see if my heart is running on all cylinders. Altho I sleep little and tire quickly I'm pedaling my ass off on a exercise bike and getting around fine for a dirty ole man.
Lit has been a big help for my wife and I since our real life games have mostly ended. With notes and stories to write, it's still not the end of our world.
Again good luck and keep posting.
By the way we have a friend in Florida with an implant that he could pump up like an air mattress or rubber duckie. He was having sex with young women and enoying walking the nude beaches and private biker camps with it hard. My wife even got to pump it up.
I have no idea what sensations he got but my wife said it felt real and he smiled often. This was before she'd have intercourse with others.
Welcome to the Ampics forum. Any discussion is welcome here, as long as you throw in a few pics for the ladies (or whoever). I find your attitude inspiring and you look damn good for a man who has been through such medical challenges.
You are such an inspiration. A force to be reckoned with. You deserve all the praise and accolades you received here. Those scars tell a story of your strength and resilience. 60 is looking really good on you too. Happy Belated Birthday![]()
But there is a concealed weapon.![]()
Not much of a weapon anymore. It's missing a firing pin - it doesn't shoot anything.
Doesn't have to shoot to be a weapon.
Batons are weapons too.![]()
