Not a whole lot. Gonna try to get down to Art Beats and Eats tomorrow and listen to a few of my friends preforming down there.

We were going last night to see George Clinton but the rain started. Ended up just turning around. He ended up playing a shortened set. Was going to be hour and 1/2 and they gave him 45min. To much money for a short set so we never went back up

Art festival this weekend, helping some friends out at a few of the booths. I'm hoping to pick up some mexican food before my shift tonight. Because spicy food and cooler weather go hand on hand! So I gotta few things to look forward! However my head may explode if I have to dance to Despacito one more time.
I think I may have shin spurs or something going on. My calves have been so sore! I have increased my intake of l-glutamine and bcaas, ate some bananas. Still sore. Asked the significant other if he would rub them for me, no such luck. Hopefully they feel better tomorrow.

What is good Litsters? Anything fun going on in your neck of the woods this weekend?

Had a very busy weekend organizing my house on my days off. Dedicated a few hours helping a friends food truck at a festival which was a hoot and a holler! I wish I had the funds to start my own. I could name it the Pink Taco Truck...maybe...? Too obvoius?
I would like to get out tonight and see the movie IT but I think that will have to wait for another day off.

I keep making promises to myself. This will be the night I write something fantastic. Or this will be the night I finally get laid. Or the house will be perfectly decluttered by noon. Ah, who am I kidding? I have a cold and would prefer to lay right here for the next week.

We were downtown yesterday. Hit RunDetroit and Third Man Records. Also went to a coffee shop in the area. No coffee for me yesterday but did get a new pair of shoes. The record store is really cool and well worth the visit for music lovers

I received a dozen yellow roses today from a wonderfully kind soul I'm grateful to have in my life. It was a really sweet token of friendship and I'm grateful to call such kindred spirits my friend.
I took this picture of my pink rose from my garden. She was still drying the dew off her petals in the sun and I thought the image was fantastic. Funny... Today ended up being a stop and smell the roses kind of day.
It is the little things.
