Breitbart admits it's nothing but a muckraking tabloid

"Reading online about how i'll be bringing forth my wrath on Ivanka and Jared. I'd be doing this great nation a service if I did."

"I spooked em today. Did five stories on globalist takeover positioning you as only hope to stop it."

This exchange between someone posing as the white supremacist Steve Bannon, recently ousted from the White House, and Breitbart Editor-in-Chief Alex Marlow are evidence the site is not a true news site. No true news service would make it a point to deliberately run articles against people simply to embarrass those people. There would need to be a legitimate newsworthy reason to do so.

But wait, there's more.

The prankster, posing as Bannon, emailed Marlow a link to a Sunday Breitbart post that aggregated a Daily Mail report to suggest Ivanka Trump was instrumental in pushing Bannon from the White House.

"This was a fun read," the fake Bannon account said.

Marlow then shared a personal smear about the private life of Ivanka Trump, and her husband, Kushner.

"Haha.. lovely stuff," replied the fake Bannon account. "So do you think you'll have them packed and shipping out before Christmas?"

"Let me see what I can do... hard to know given your description of them as evil," Marlow replied. "I don't know what motivates them. If they are semi normal, then yes, they out by end of year."

In other words, because the white supremacist was sent packing, his sole course of action is to now defame others who he believes had a hand in his dismissal. Again, no real news site would stoop this low, yet it's nothing but another day for the tabloid where facts don't matter and childish vindictiveness is the name of the game.

As a final swan song, the white supremacist admitted his vindictive streak, devoid of anything factual:

Bannon, for his part, has strongly hinted at a war with members of the White House. He told the Weekly Standard on Friday that he felt "jacked up" to be back at Breitbart and once again have his hands "back on my weapons."

"Someone said, 'it's Bannon the Barbarian.' I am definitely going to crush the opposition," he said. "There's no doubt. I built a f***ing machine at Breitbart. And now I'm about to go back, knowing what I know, and we're about to rev that machine up. And rev it up we will do."

Showing once again its lack of anything resembling a real news organization, the white supremacist leader of Breitbart has taken aim at Senator Majority leader Mitch McConnell.

"Mitch McConnell, I'm going to light him up," said Bannon in a story published by The Economist on Friday.

Or course the white supremacist let slip he was behind the pathetic excuse for what should have been a slam dunk refutation of white supremacists and neo-Nazis when he said:

"In the White House I had influence," Bannon said. "At Breitbart, I had power."

Just another day at the dirty dish rag trying to pass itself off as something legitimate.

The only thing that makes Breitbart better are the ones who take it seriously.

This exchange between someone posing as the white supremacist Steve Bannon...

Anyone wondering if there might be a shred of integrity in this most voluble of posters commentary (and I'm being charitable to call it that) need look no further than this: Steve Bannon is not a " white supremacist". someoneyouknow cannot cannot be bothered to justify his calumnies- simply the mindless, unjustified name calling suffices in his puerile mind.

Steve Bannon is not a " white supremacist".
I have no idea of, nor interest in, Bannon's innermost feelings on race and ethnicity. Let us assume he is driven solely by non-racial political ideals; and that by opening Breitbart to Nazis, KKK Confeds, and other hate groups, he is merely providing them a 1st-Amendment platform without personally endorsing their scuzzy rants. The lefty Pacifica Radio network used to provide similar platforms for despised political views.

Breitbart is a money-making operation (but now rapidly losing advertisers). Did Bannon exploit the alt.right, cynically raking-in dollars from their rants while stifling his contempt for their puerile idiocy? Which is worse: Bannon sharing their racism, or exploiting it for cash?

Again, I don't care what he believes or doesn't. I can only judge results, the outputs of the black box that is Breibart News. Under Bannon's direction, they present all sorts of bogus crap. He has bragged of empowering the racist alt.right. I'll leave others to psychoanalyze him.

The people on and of Blightfart like their racism to be unnamed and coded and covert.

They cry like little snowflakes or scream bloody murder when it's called out.

What kills me is that you people actually think this is some sort of new revelation.

Breitbart has been a tabloid rag for years.

Oh no, we knew Breitbart is a tabloid. It's just that now they're admitting it. In the past they claimed to be a real news source with all sorts of breaking news on Democrats and liberals. And only Democrats and liberals, unless some Republican challenged their white supremacist views.

This is merely pointing out they've finally come out of the closet and dropped any pretense of being a legitimate news source. In the same way the Fox tabloid has dropped the "Fair and Balanced" charade because quite obviously, they were and are not.

And the Earth is NOT round and does NOT orbit the Sun.

Such an insightful, illuminating response. To anyone with a scintilla of fair play, making a claim that someone is a "white supremacist" requires crafting an argument with supportive evidence. Apparently that's not the case with you.

Not really. You can do the research yourself, but others here know you won't, so they have no reason to waste their time making up for your chosen ignorance.
