Asking for user data to "figure out" who was rioting at Trump anti-inauguration rally is a clear violation of the 4th amendment. If they don't know who was allegedly rioting, user data isn't going to change that. An activist judge decided to use the constitution as toilet paper, and the right wingers on here are ok with it, as usual.

What's the next stop on the DOJ witch hunt train? Literotica? They might turn up some interesting threats from busybody and ishmale. Could they go to jail over their threats?

I will start reporting their posts to the FBI and we will test your theory.

They know who. They need posts to show intent. They have the behavior on film. The difference is premeditation or caught up in the mob.

If it can be shown they intended to use violence and intimidation to effect political change, they could face Federal terrosm charges.

I would post except Que has already given Richard the clue he was lacking.

Riots are CRIMINAL

What other CRIMINAL actions would you overlook?

Maybe a CAR MISHAP?

Then why the wide-reaching demand for all of the site's IP traffic?

You don't have a problem with this, because you are a partisan who doesn't believe in upholding the constitution when it's not your team.

Did you have a problem with Obama using metadata to spy on 20 million Americans and his political enemies?

Yes. His warrentless wiretaps were fucked up and completely unconstitutional. I also had serious issue with drone strikes on a US citizen. I posted threads about it.

How about you? Do you have an issue with Trump's administration violating the 4th amendment?

Show me how he violated it.

Show me a single one who disagrees with this.

Let me know when you give up.

*Wave* hiiiiii!!!

I'm a classical liberal, minimalist government, capitalist right winger here....I think it's a disgrace.

But hey, that's the downside to that godstate government power running amuck that socialist love so much.

Visiting a website is NOT a crime.

Really depends on the website....if it were a kiddy porn or a Kill-Hillary site there wouldn't be anywhere NEAR the outrage.

So you're claiming Trump and Jeff Sessions are socialists?

Wow, you're already making shit up at warp factor 9.975 buddy.

But you want to make that jump it's cool.

Not yet with Trump, he hasn't made any moves or pushed anything of a socialist nature that I've seen so far.

Though Sessions certainly has some socialist leanings considering his desire for the government to tyrannically control a number of markets. Personally I wouldn't be shocked at all if he was a socialist and wanted total government control over the means.....as long as it was all benefiting him and his interest of course. Typical republican.

They're socialists but for white people only, right? You could say they're national socialists.

Both nationalist for sure......but not both socialist, just one with some socialist tendencies.

What happened to al the Russia stories? They seem to have dropped off the face of the earth.

And you personally contacted all the "right wingers on here" to see if they were okay with it?

But not all Muslims are terrorists, right?

Dick is so full of shit. He creates phony arguments then condemns imaginary people
for opinions they never expressed.

It's like saying there aren't any Lit liberals who have condemned human trafficking, so they must be for it.

What stupidity.

They went to court and got a warrant, so its not a violation of the 4th amendment. It will be reviewed by an appellate court as well. Seems like due process is being observed. The true violations of the 4th are where warrantless searches are done, there is NO due process, and citizen's property is searched often without them even knowing about it.
