Oh but wait, there's more...

Most Americans View Trump as Not Honest

A new poll released this week reveals a majority of U.S. voters view President Trump as dishonest, lacking good leadership skills and failing to care for the American people.

According to the Quinnipiac poll released on Wednesday, 63 percent of voters believe Trump does not have good leadership skills compared to 34 percent who answered favorably. When asked if the president "is honest, or not," 62 percent said they think the president is "not honest," while 34 percent said he is honest.

Lie of the Year: 'If you like your health care plan, you can keep it'

It was a catchy political pitch and a chance to calm nerves about his dramatic and complicated plan to bring historic change to America’s health insurance system.

"If you like your health care plan, you can keep it," President Barack Obama said -- many times -- of his landmark new law.

So this fall, as cancellation letters were going out to approximately 4 million Americans, the public realized Obama’s breezy assurances were wrong.

Boiling down the complicated health care law to a soundbite proved treacherous, even for its promoter-in-chief. Obama and his team made matters worse, suggesting they had been misunderstood all along. The stunning political uproar led to this: a rare presidential apology.

For all of these reasons, PolitiFact has named "If you like your health care plan, you can keep it," the Lie of the Year for 2013. Readers in a separate online poll overwhelmingly agreed with the choice. (PolitiFact first announced its selection on CNN's The Lead with Jake Tapper.)

I'll see your one lie from three and a half years ago and raise you 800+ lies in the past seven months.

Do your lies come with insurance premiums equal to or greater than a monthly mortgage payment and family deductibles equal to or greater than the cost of a used car?

Like they weren't that way before the ACA? Rub a lamp. And you got less for your money to boot.

But again... Obama!

Trump is a walking lie and all you've got is continual deflection to Obama. Pathetic.

Two of three in the US think Trump is dishonest and untrustworthy. He's got a problem of his own making. The man wouldn't know the truth if it bit him in the ass. Almost 7 in 10 things the man says are lies - and that's only by this measure.

The man has got a credibility and trust problem and no amount of deflection to Obama or Clinton will change that.

Premiums have doubled since before Obamacare, says HHS report

Obamacare's insurance regulations contributed to premiums doubling over the course of four years, finds a new federal report.

The findings, assembled by the Health and Human Services Office of the Assistant Secretary for Planning and Evaluation, show that since 2013, one year before the Obamacare regulations were fully implemented, premiums have risen from an average of $2,784 in 2013 to $5,712 in 2017 on the federal exchange, healthcare.gov. This represents an increase of $2,928, or 105 percent.

"With data that shows average premiums doubling nationwide and Americans paying nearly $3,000 more for health insurance per year, this report is a sobering reminder of why reforming our healthcare system remains a top priority of the Trump Administration," Alleigh Marre, spokeswoman for the Department of Health and Human Services, said in a statement. "The status quo is unsustainable."

Judge orders State Department to search again for Clinton Benghazi emails

But.....Clinton! Lock her up! LMAO!!

A federal judge has ruled that the State Department must up its efforts to locate emails Hillary Clinton sent in connection to the 2012 Benghazi attack — ordering the State Department to conduct a fresh search for emails from some of Clinton’s top aides.

U.S. District Court Judge Amit Mehta ruled Tuesday that the State Department had not done all it could to locate the emails Clinton sent in relation to the Sept. 11, 2012, attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi Libya that killed four Americans — including Ambassador Christopher Stevens.

He found that the State Department “has not met its burden of establishing it performed an adequate search” in response to Judicial Watch’s Freedom of Information Act request.

You can deflect all day to Obama and it changes nothing: 45 has a credibility problem. Two thirds of America sees him as untrustworthy and a liar. Why or how you think saying "B-b-but Obama" or "B-b-but Clinton" will make anyone see Donald differently is beyond me.

As for Clinton emails... you are just being ridiculous.

President Obama’s credibility problem

Speaking of credibility problems...

A majority of voters in a new Washington Post-ABC News poll do not believe President Obama is "honest and trustworthy," a precipitous shift from past findings that reveals the depth of the damage he has incurred due to his misleading "if you like it, you can keep it" pledge about health insurance.

Fifty-two percent of registered voters in the new Post-ABC poll say that Obama is not honest and trustworthy; a year ago, in mid-October, as Obama was moving toward a sweeping reelection victory, a strong majority (56 percent) said that he was both honest and trustworthy. And, earlier in Obama's first term, the numbers were even higher, with 74 percent of people calling him honest and trustworthy in April 2009.

What happened seems obvious. Obama's second term has been defined by two major (and markedly negative) stories: The massive surveillance program run through the NSA and the problem-plagued rollout of Obamacare. In both instances, Obama came across as something less than forthright about what he knew and when he knew it.

Trump has lied almost every day

“I think the solution is very simple: start telling the truth. Start taking your job seriously, stop exaggerating, stop outright lying and then repeating it,” she said.

“I think the people around him...need to tell him, ‘You are no longer the host of ‘The Apprentice.’ You are not a used car salesman. You are the president of the United States,’” she said.

Navarro said Trump’s mendacity was damaging his standing among voters.

“We need to believe our president when he stands in front of that podium and speaks to us,” she said. “He has been president for 200 days, and he has lied practically every single one of those days.”
