I haven't read through a lot of this, because so much of it makes my eye bleed.

But every time I come across one of these debates, I just inevitably end up thinking 'why does it matter?' Seriously, why are we so het up about the 'cause' of people being trans, gay, whatever?

Yes, yes, the left's "live and let live" philosophy is both Nihilistic moral relativism and a definite precursor to National Socialism (more commonly known as Nazism, as you well know).

Once again, we see your tired and tireless campaign to use any wedge issue of the day (in this case, Gender Identity/Sexual Orientation) to equate the American Left with the German Reich.

Now, no one has taken up the challenge as to why a Lesbian simply stops being a Lesbian nor have we any test or scan entered into evidence that can determine what the hard-wired gender choice of an individual is going to be.

Yes, the article talks extensively why it's hard to count transgender people. All of the reasons stated would only add to the percentage of transfolk. You, in your posting if the article, also asserted that .01 was the correct number. See the problem?

What rights are they being "denied?"

A multitude of rights as they are not a protected class in many cases. That is why many states, municipalities and companies have changed their policies and laws to include transfolk.

But hey no worries some people are trying to undue the progress that has been made.

Hi Kim! I haven't met you yet, but admire your contributions here.

I believe I was called out way up at the beginning of this thread, by somebody who read me as somebody who believes that there is something wrong with the kids who believe they have been born in the wrong body.

I do NOT believe this at all. What my concern was....is that if Toxins are being flooded through America's lands and crops, certain substances, such as MONSANTO are wreaking havoc on our kids HORMONES.

An unbalanced hormonal condition can cause depression, false deep-seated feelings about sexuality...it runs the gamut, trust me.

Unbalanced hormones also cause many health issues. Eventually, the young adult goes to a physician to remedy a troubling condition.

So...the physician finds the patient's hormones are all out of whack and treats them for it.

So...where does that leave the young person who has had her breasts removed...or the young man who has had other "CORRECTIVE" surgery according to the thoughts and feelings they had while they had a medical condition.

A situation like this can really fuck up a persons life.

I just want toxins OUT of the food in this country. That is all.
