I agree that some of these girls would HAVE to be older than what they are portraying. But with hi-def video, I think there are limits to what you can get away with. Maybe a 22 yo could portray "barely legal", but that's about it. I'm still impressed by the excellent sexual skills these young women display.

oh finally going to make my first comment on a thread here after lurking awhile and I choose to make it about young women in porn. um, go me.

OK, you guys probably have a lot more knowledge on porn itself, but I might have a little different point of view into this specific topic given a freakishly significant number of my childhood girlfriends went on to work in adult entertainment (most not porn, more strippers, that was by far the most common, oh an escort, one who worked in a "massage" parlor for a long time). of course times change, everyone is different, but I can say while young, they were not remotely naive. They had long become skilled actresses and liars, using their sexuality to get what they wanted, and were good at it, well before they were of legal age. They picked their future career choice before legal age and just waited. one was stripping in high school as she turned 18 her senior year, and had long before decided which club lol.

But back to topic, one of them is actually still working in porn. Well, she is working as a cam girl now at 40, hasn't done movies in a long time. her specialties seem to swing wildly from milf, to daddy/sugar baby/high school, and what I would say is extreme toys (though maybe others wouldn't consider it extreme, idk). but 40 and still playing the sugar baby daddy high school girl deal. granted, make up (you wouldn't believe what talented chicks can do with make up), lower lights, hoping people just aren't looking to close kind of thing, i assume. idk if she could pass for 20 in the lighting that is the standard casting porn, but she totally could have 10 years ago imo. it helps that she is super petite and has always been very thin. i think it was last year she was nominated for an avn or whatever (you may have more knowledge on that). i don't know what category or even remember if she won, I only remember her sending me pics looking for help on what dress to wear for the event (like seriously you want MY advice to pick out the best outfit for a good balance between classy and slutty for the porn red carpet lol). i think she is in the running for something again this year too.

anyway, just my take on having known and been very close to girls similar to what you are describing. there can easily be vast experience, or they can just look a lot younger than they are, or both.

Well, with what is published in everyday magazines today and what they see on TV and in movies, most teenagers have more knowledge at certain ages than we ever did at their age.

Cosmopolitan for one publishes sex ed info every month and most teen girls read that magazine as it is easily available at the library, at home or they can just buy it at any store that sells magazines.

In addition to all the printed info, with the dawn of the internet, they can look up anything that they might be curious about and either read about it or see a video.

Plus, having sex is not as much of a big deal now for teenagers as it once might have been for us older ones.
