Con artist whines to British PM: no one likes me

Narcissism. The overriding mental condition where everything revolves around the person.

Such is the case which exists for the con artist where he is more concerned with how people perceive him than he is about doing anything worthwhile. This debilitating condition has taken hold such that he has whined to British Prime Minister Theresa May, if she doesn't fix things, he won't visit the UK. His exact words:

‘When I know I’m going to get a better reception, I’ll come and not before.’​

This stems from the many British subjects, exercising what we would consider their first Amendment right to free speech, who have signed a petition (two million and counting) to keep the con artist from polluting the United Kingdom should he deign to visit.

As can be guessed, the British press can't find words and snarky comments fast enough. One likened it to “asking turkeys to get more into the Christmas spirit” while another said it was like asking “zombies to sort out the welcoming party for Dracula at a garlic convention.”

Who almost nobody likes? Except for the many millions who voted for him. And yeah, being POTUS isn't a job where the popularity contest takes precedence. Running the US like a company instead of the standard government waste machine makes sence, but people don't like change.

And yeah, some other world leaders don't like him. Why would they? He is trying to look out for the best interests of his country, not be involved in some scheme that makes others wealthy at our expense. They don't like him because he stopped their revenue stream (Paris Accord, etc).

Yes, exactly. Further up the line a poster asks what he's supposed to do. He's supposed to act presidential as a representative of the United States. That's including rising above criticism when he's traveling abroad officially.
