Yes! Game recognize game fasho. This has been a looooong and tenacious campaign - goes back way farther than emperor tiny hands - and damn, was it effective. I think even some of the makers are scared by the monster they've created. It is crushingly depressing and deeply fascinating all at once.
I have some thoughts based on that great confirmation bias in political beliefs piece you linked to earlier - I'll type 'em up sometime when I'm not so sleepy.
Six months, hell. They've had SEVEN YEARS to think about what they would do with it and have already repealed it 61 times. Just can't get to 62.

Yes, it's the classic tale of losing control of the monster you've created. I know the those feelings. I was just saying to someone I really should not be so darn gleeful that they do not have the votes for a straight up repeal.
