Manu et al.

I just saw an ad on NSFW Reddit for Literotica. Saying new site format coming. It takes you a website lit-erotica [dot] com They are advertising stories, webcams, etc.

Is this legit? If not you might have a Trade Mark wrangle as they are claiming (R) for the literotica name.

It's either Literotica branching out or it's a flagrant copyright violation.

Sorry for the confusion and slow response - I just got a notification from Reddit and saw this thread was related. :D

That promoted link is real and it links to Literotica.com. I am just bouncing the clicks through another domain so that we can track what people click on.

This is actually a very small promo but the idea is that we will be running more ads when Lit's new responsive design is fully available so that we can get feedback and bug reports from Reddit users.

hi Manu,

Any idea when the full re-design will happen?

We were hoping it would be a bit further along than it is now, but most of the new pages are in some stage of BETA (or ALPHA) already, so it's definitely moving.

We are in the middle of replacing much of the older Lit hardware right now. I should have a better idea of a rollout timeline once we have tested the new platform on the new hardware.

The first move will be to push the Tags Portal to all users and then get feedback from the full Lit readership before pushing out any other pages. The plan is to release the new Category Hubs in BETA after we have the Tags Portal working well for all Lit users.

Cheers for the update, will wait with interest for the new design... Do you need testers? Firefox on Linux here.
