since Dr who started being written by a homosexual and filmed in wales, its become crappier with each episode.

now THIS !!!! FFS a non male Dr.

What a pile of crap. what next? Peter Rabbit is really a ferret?

they can go ahead and bring back clara now.

and just make every episode an hour long girl-on-girl make out session.

it'd work for me.

nope, but billie piper would work, too. she had a cute butt.

Billie for a non male was an actor of some standing. her work in the BBC series about prostitutes was of a standard.

Lesbian daleks....

why bump a ten minute thread?

homosexuality is an abomination before god - even in science fiction.

(was that the billie piper character?)

ten-minute thread...

What country are you from? Is English your second language?

she also made out with the one girl from skins in some series that i totally watched for the art.

it actually wasn't in any way wankable, but it was a a fairly naive, but cute little love story between a teacher and student. can't remember the name, but that's okay.

i didn't. not because of janeway, though. it was the supporting cast that drove me nuts. they were just shit.

especially tom paris. never liked that fucker.

He was okay. He had a few story arcs that were a bit weird.

It was the doctor I loved. He cracked me up. :D And interesting to think about in an abstract way.

I also liked Torres and Seven.

They had some very interesting scripts.

True History by the Greek writer Lucian (A.D. 120–185) has been called the earliest surviving example of science fiction and the first ever "gay science fiction story".

An Anglo-American Alliance, a 1906 novel by Gregory Casparian, was the first SF-themed novel to openly portray a lesbian romantic relationship.

One of the earliest examples of genre science fiction that involves a challenging amount of unconventional sexual activity is the early novel Odd John (1935), by Olaf Stapledon. John is a mutant with extraordinary mental abilities who will not allow himself to be bound by many of the rules imposed by the ordinary British society of his time. The novel strongly implies that he seduces an older boy who becomes devoted to him but also suffers from the affront that the relationship creates to his own morals.

Joanna Russ's The Female Man (1975) and the award-winning story "When It Changed", showing a female-only lesbian society that flourished without men, were enormously influential.

Alpha Flight's Northstar was the first major gay character in the Marvel universe and remains the most famous gay character in mainstream comics. Created by Marvel Comics in 1979 as a member of the original Alpha Flight superhero team, Northstar's sexual identity was hinted at early in his history, in 1983 in issues 7 and 8 of Alpha Flight, but not openly stated; his apparent lack of interest in women was chalked up to his obsessive drive to win as a ski champion. The character was finally revealed to be gay in 1992's Alpha Flight issue 106 and his outing made national headlines.

*hardly a new thing, not common and during the Production Code days non-existent but been around for almost 2000 years, don't believe in God but for those who do remember that the NT God is a god of love first*
