When will Time-Warner pull the plug on Jeff Zucker?

EXCLUSIVE: CNN Staff Reeling After Personal Info Leaked

BETSY ROTHSTEIN
Reporter

Several anchors and reporters at CNN have had their home addresses published and have received threats of rape and other violence in the wake of a story published by Andrew Kaczynski, who heads up the network’s investigative K-FILE team. Anti-network trolls are encouraging viewers to wrongly accuse CNN staffers of pedophilia and child pornography. There is also “tons of anti-Semitism.”

“Frustration” is the predominant feeling inside CNN, The Mirror has learned.

Kaczynski published a story on the 4th of July in which he appeared to threaten to publish the name of a Reddit user who parades around anonymously as “HanAssholeSolo.” HanAssholeSolo claimed to be the originator of the wrestling video tweeted by President Trump in which POTUS flattened a wrestler whose face was a CNN logo.

Trump has long accused CNN of being “fake news” and “very fake news.”

The network seems to be fulfilling Trump’s need for a public enemy. In other words, CNN fills the void for “Low energy Jeb,” “Little Marco,” “Lyin’ Ted” and “Crooked Hillary.” In recent months, CNN has become a virtual punching bag for Trump supporters. The reason doesn’t often matter. Be it White House correspondent Jim Acosta bitching about press access or “New Day” host Chris Cuomo deleting a tweet, they’re drunk on hate and their perception that the network is not giving Trump a fair shake. They delight in clobbering the network as much and as often as possible.

I have no idea and I'm not sure if I can bring myself to care.

We need to treat it like a Troll and just ignore it...

CNN is down, but certainly not out.

It will soon have AT&T's deep pockets & CEO Randall Stephenson's belief in CNN's journalistic independence.

Falling in line with OrangeBoy's master plan of becoming Dictator by eliminating opposing media.

Good morning, haven't seen you in a while. CNN has had lousy ratings for years now and this debacle can't be of any help. I'm thinking change at the top might be in order.

Who knows, maybe the World will get lucky and some Canuck will pick him off from 3400 meters distant.

And they say it's the right championing violence...

Yeah, I know, this is just comedy, it's art, it's not a threat, it's me being too much in love with all things Trump...

:nods:

JaFO: Excuse me. I drew a line and crossed it!

I can understand how it would offend some of those people.

Don't forget, I am a victim of white men in all of this! The Trump Family is trying to destroy my career!

Meanwhile, back in reality-based America, CNN ratings have been steadily climbing for three years, despite the desperate whining of the Vettebigot and the Orange Shitgibbon

Your job as a night-shift truck unloader is safe. Even if it isn't your college degree should help you find employment elsewhere.

Not really. For years now a huge segment of the American people have been begging for a personality in the national leadership strong enough to take on and call out the left's advocacy "news" media. They elected Trump to do it and this is what it looks like.

Yeah CNN has quite the standard.

Murdering Trump in the Park is art but an edited video is tantamount to a hate crime and the creator must be treated like the Benghazi movie maker...

Isn't that the most preposterous stance they could have taken? I predict there will be dozens of such videos created and going viral on Twitter and elsewhere because of it.

I read somewhere this morning that the President's retweet itself set a retreat record.

Whatever the hell that is. I've never looked into twitter (or myspace or facebook).

Stephenson's a smart guy. He knows that CNN is still a strong brand that will continue to grow and pay dividends.

Zucker's future with the AT&T is still being decided.

There is a sickness in a lot of our media...

Ann Coulter excoriates it in her tribute to the immigrant of the week:

So like Coulter to get right down to it:

"Liberals have a mystical idea that we can pluck people from the most discordant cultures, put them in middle-class houses in the suburbs and then, magically, primitive tribesmen will be imbued with the core beliefs of our republic and civilization, developed over centuries.

Instead, we have Aztecs getting loaded up on Tecate and hopping behind the wheels of cars; Nigerians demanding to be called "doctor" while picking up women on the street and trying to drag them home; and Hmong responding to the concept of private property by wiping out a pack of Wisconsin hunters."

I hope you realize at some point that one can climb only if one is at the bottom...

I don't know if CNN will fail. I think it probably won't, AT& T has a ton of money it can use to prop up CNN for awhile. and eventually this will pass. Unless, of course, CNN's staff does something else equally as stupid as threaten someone with blackmail.

You know what I DO find strange in all of this? No one at CNN will be prosecuted for what they did. Everyone believes there's enough evidence to prove they broke the law, and not one of them will be arrested or prosecuted for it.

Is that because you don't have any friends?

The truth is Tristyn, CNN is last behind MSNBC in viewership and cannot survive on advertising revenue alone. Cable companies need to bundle the network with other channels so that it can survive through your desire to view the other channels in that bundle. In other words, people who never watch CNN are subsidizing its existence through their cable channel subscription bundles, not their viewership, and therein lies a real avenue of demise for CNN. Cable TV is in transition. People are demanding streaming services that provide them with only those programs they enjoy watching. People only want to pay for what they actually watch. It's happening while we speak.
