At a certain college, there is a sorority that is well known for one specific rule that all members must agree to. When each girl is accepted into the sorority, they must voluntarily sign a "No sexual intercourse allowed until after your graduation" promise. The politically correct reason given for such a rule is that guys tend to become a distraction to the girls, and they need to focus on their academics instead of the demands of a horny college guy. The real reason however, is so that none of the gorgeous, model like members of the elite sorority become pregnant during their college career and taint the legacy of the sorority.

Of course, no sexual intercourse doesn't mean no sexual fun. So every new year, twelve senior sorority members pair up into six teams and head out onto the campus. Each pair must find two guys that both girls approve of to be invited to a "job fair" at the sorority house. If all goes as planned, a total of twelve young men will show up at the proper time to compete for the live in "job" which is called "jack of all trades". The men have no idea what the job entails, but the girls have a series of mundane tasks for them to complete, (hammering a nail, hanging a picture, etc.) While this is going on, the women are asking each guy questions about their personal life. Along the way, guys are eliminated until there are only three left.

When they get down to three guys, the real reason they were brought in is revealed. The sorority needs a full time pussy pleaser whose only job is oral stimulation. The catch is that, not only is the guy not allowed to fuck any of the girls, he's not allowed to masturbate himself in their presence either. In fact, he must remain fully clothed at all times while in the sorority house. The three remaining guys then compete for the job by eating out six girls in a row. Each girl rates their performance from 1 to 5, with 1 being "lackluster" to 5 being "exemplary". The highest rated pussy eater wins the job and free room and board in the sorority house. His door must remain unlocked at all times so anyone can enter for a pussy pleasing.

I would write the story from the perspective of the guy who is already living in the house. While he loves his job, there are several drawbacks to having dozens of different girls walking in to his room for oral sex at all hours of the day and night. He struggles with his homework, he's constantly horny and has little time to relieve himself, he gets little sleep, he lives in a house full of moody women, and his face always smell like pussy. Okay, that last one is probably not a drawback, but you get where I'm going here. He wants to stay because he's saving so much money by not having dorm room expenses, but do the benefits outweigh the drawbacks? Is too much of a good thing not good at all? How many guys would kill to have his problems?

Interesting premise. But from the title of your post, the first thing I thought of was a sorority fundraiser. For a fifty dollar admission fee, you gain entrance into the sorority rec room, where all the members are sitting on chairs, legs spread and bottomless. With pillows on the floor, I suppose.

If you want to do anything besides lick them, that can be arranged with private agreements with the individual girls.

I was thinking more cafeteria/buffet style; laid back on tables, maybe even partially covered above the waist.

The eaters don't really know who they're eating. But clues are available and if you can identify one (or more) at a later contest, you get to spend the night with them.

Sorry for being a buzzkill, but my problem with these high concept stories (both laffalot's version and the buffet-variant) is that it forces the plot to conform to an idea that sounds well by itself, but as soon as you flesh it out, you find out it clashes with rational choices the characters would make.

In this case, girls get really possessive about the person they're having sex with, especially if it's regular and good. If they're attracted to the guy, they'd want him all for themselves, to exclude the other girls. I know this is cliche, but girls are more than just the pussy these stories reduce them to.

If you want it to be believable, you'd need to work this angle into the story somehow. Not sure how, this whole concept sounds like a good way to introduce conflict and break up the sorority.
