I think another thing to consider is that very few of us can really say we have never behaved in a way we would always be proud of.

I have had to make apologies before. More than once here. It's human to err. It's not ok to do it repeatedlybor fail to acknowledge our wrongdoings. I am lucky enough to have been on the receiving end of a couple of apologies too, gratefully received. Life happens, like me, those people are human.

These people are human. It's my belief to behave so there is a failure of a short coming, an insecurity or a failing. It creates anger but should also generate concern and pity I think; like any other disturbance. If it's not a normal human failing but a habitual behaviour it is symptomatic of needing more than anger I think.

The gb is and has always been a place to slice and dice during general conversation.

I wasn't aware that Christians no longer celebrated Christ at Christmas. Or that they weren't allowed to. When did that happen?

My point is that the inclusion of others doesn't mean exclusion for another.

The talking point seems to be that if we take other perspectives into account that it is a "war" on any kind of perceived traditionalism. I find that to be... short sighted and inaccurate.

I can't deny that I've been taught Christian values over my life.
I've been Christened (Moms family was Catholic) and I was baptized at 8yrs old (Dads family was Protestant).
I also went to private Catholic high school.
We never went to church as a family. I did go to church with my grands during summer visits, though.
I don't go to church now.
I don't like all the consumerism at Christmas time.
I 'm not a proselytizer of Christianity.

I go to yoga at least 3 times a week, and I do Tai chi twice a week.
So, I think I may be a Taoist.
