You really should consider publishing some of your works professionally.."Sheer Curve" could hold it's own (and then some ) in any professional gallery. Absolutely beautiful.

"Escaped" as well..the complementing contrasts of the ruffles and cascading fabric against the gentle, graceful lines of your figure, the white contrasting your creamy glowing warm skin, the beautiful curve of your breast, the way your chest and throat effortlessly lead the eyes to your lovely lips...

Actually, what I would enjoy doing is to become a "real" photographer. With a real DSLR camera. And shoot other people, not me.

When I started shooting selfies, a big part of it was as a way to see myself as sexy/attractive/feminine etc. because I didn't feel that way at all. So I picked what I felt my best features were, and tried to focus on just those aspects. It really helped me feel more confident, sexual and empowered.

I'd love to help another woman to do that, take pictures of her in such a way that when she looks at herself she can see how lovely, vibrant and sexy she really is. We always focus on our flaws, and that's sad.

Or, I'd enjoy working with couples, doing sexy shoots just for them. I think I've seen enough erotic photography now, I could do a fair job of it.

Ah well, perhaps one day. I don't know how I'd even go about it.

You're much more a "Real Photographer" than you realize; Your sense of composition, as I've said a few times before, is excellent. Anybody can snap off shots of various body parts and manipulate them into something recognizable as..well, body parts. Your sexuality, confidence, and undeniable beauty are some reasons I believe you are very popular here..however, I feel that your artistic touches, your exploration of different compositions, your ability to take what might be a mundane pose or a much used scene, and breath your own unique LIFE into it, make it visually striking and very much yours..I believe, that is what keeps people coming back again and again to see what you've come up. You put yourself into you pictures, figuratively AND literally, and make it as unique as many great artists do with their respective medium.

I can peruse many, many other pictures here on Lit..but how many of these actually Speak to me? Great art and the art of photography, in my opinion, will always speak to you in some way, on some level. Sometimes on a multitude of levels, if you are receptive to it...those 1000 words that a picture may silently whisper to you.

Your pictures, Aphro, do speak to me.

If you decided to pursue photography as you stated above, I believe you would be a very successful, and respected photographer. And, building a portfolio as you are here, I believe you are off to a great start!

Aphro that is awesome. I was with a women who was a college professor with minor in film, and she did exactly what you mentioned here as a recreation. She had a lot of fun with it, and it did as you mentioned, increased confidence in her and others. I support it fully.

Take a look at LaFemme Glamour Studios - St Louis (Google it. Lit doesn't like commercial links). Don't ask how I know about them, since I'm no where near St Louis. However, they do exactly what you mentioned above. Women helping women feel empowered and beautiful. Both nudes and non-nudes in their portfolios are tastefully done, yet still very erotic. Perhaps you could use their business model for your own studio.

My thoughts are its a criminal matter and more people who try this crap need to understand that they can and should be arrested and prosecuted.
