Nice drawing. I've noticed in manga/anime style porn that the see-through, x-ray vision thing is quite popular. Often, though, it involves anatomy-book cut-away drawing of things inserted in the orifices. Kind of weird, but it kind of works too.

I feel that an illustration should not be simply a hand rendered "photograph", hopefully something more is brought into play. The illustrator's "hand", the POV.... something. a bit of imagination...

Love your imagination, and love your lines.
Not only do you have the ideas, but you also have the skills to get it done right. Your grasp of anatomy is ridiculous (in the good way) =)

I'm not really digging the veins and the overly huge .. equipment, but that's personal style and preference, and it doesn't detract from my enjoyment of your work.

Interesting about the personal preference on veiny vs not so...
Some of that comes from Japanese Shunga influence and, of course, my personal aesthetic. Not that I am personally so veiny...
