That is almost as bad when a few days ago I was at the Rite Aid parking lost and saw the woman I saw at the register earlier with the most perfect legs in high-heels and a short short loose skirt. Luck would have it I was parked facing her driver side and luck would have it I had a clear view of her getting in, admiring how the skirt slid all the way up, and then she leaned over to the passenger side to get something and saw she was wearing grannies panties. SERIOUSLY! Damn shame!

The point is, NEVER stop the skirt from going up, and if you are wearing something that this can happen, make sure you are either w/out panties or wearing sexy panties.

Not really all that often. A tighter skirt or dress does not blow up at all. A full skit or dress will blow up, but not in a light breeze. It takes the kind of wind that is messing up your hair.

For loveupskirt, what is under is panties, always. Well almost always I certainly would not want my skirt blowing up without pretty panties underneath.
