Pedometer shows 9.5Mi and I didn't have it on all day.

Not sure about tomorrow. Some of today was behind a push lawn mower which I won't need to do tomorrow.

Excellent. Good job. Who needs gyms!

3x a week get heart rate up to 130bpm. Eat sensibly and not to excess.

Walking is how we spent 200k years evolving.
