Neal Katyal, the attorney representing Hawaii, the state that is suing President Trump to stop his Islam-centric travel ban, just admitted in court that the travel ban is constitutional. But not for Trump. He said we have to focus on President Trump's anti-Islam statements to derive the intent of this executive order, rather than the text itself. He even delved into history, mentioning that other presidents have acted similarly but without criticizing Islamic radicalization and terrorism. This is a pretty crazy thing for this attorney to concede!

You have to understand that what the Democrats are openly doing, in Congress, in the Courts, in their public statements, and in the ISIS-dressed street thugs that they are sponsoring is an open declaration that a) the law means nothing if it goes against what they want, b) the Constitution means nothing if it goes against what they want, c) elections mean nothing if they lose, and d) that they believe that they are justified in using deadly force on anyone who disagrees with them. That means that the Social and the Political Contract no longer exists.

If the 9th upholds this injunction, the 9th should be dissolved and the judges should be impeached and removed. To even have a lawyer admit such nonsense in court and then have the court uphold it, would be beyond the Constitution. And just like Hillary's escape from prosecution, we'd be just another country of dictators not laws. The democrats and liberals are pushing for complete control, based on their agenda and not the Law.
