Does religion turn you on? Mine definitely comes from being involved in the church as a teen/young adult. I don't know, I've met a lot of very uptight Protestants, and they all believed masturbation is a sin. By the time I was a teen I was attending a Pentecostal Church, so this isn't all related to Catholicism, though, they do tend to have more fun things to sexualize. The ritualistic nature of it certainly helps.

My own kinks aside, I get the reason some churches are against knocking one out in our spare time but they have to know it's happening anyway and probably more often with those that are constantly told no.
