We had three MMFF foursomes before we were married. Now she would say no to it. I still fantasize about it, and over 4+ years, two couples have told me they would definitely say yes. But I wouldn't even ask her; that part of our relationship is done, I'm pretty certain.

I fantasize about this sometimes, but my husband's head would explode. The closest I can get him to even imagine is Data like robots fucking me.
 
We agreed that she could do whatever with whomever a number of years ago. She had some fun times with a couple of guys, then decided it wasn't for her. She told me all about her experiences, along with those before we married. It worked out fine for us. She still can do whatever she wants, but she chooses to stick with me.
