i'm beginning to think they've bought stock in hulu and this all just some long con.

Gotta make room for all that new Netflix Original content maybe? I feel like the overall quality of said content has gone downhill.

I'm going to have to change the locks; my mother stole one of my baking dishes the other day. She doesn't even cook anymore.

you didn't. it was fucking terrible. jessica henwick was the only thing even kind of decent about the whole thing and even her character was ultimately wasted on stupid nonsense.

What gets me, and I understand their motive, is that the stuff streaming is very different than if you get the CD plan. The choices are better. Of course people do not want to fuss with CDs and I heard from someone who has that is that Netflix is so busy now with tons of people that they take longer to get the next CD out to you, as opposed to years ago.

I was with them when they started and all they had was the CD plan. I opted for having one CD at a time and the turnaround was VERY fast. I could receive a CD, watch it the same day and drop it in the mail the next and they following day I would have my next CD. Sometimes I would have 3-4 CDs a week.

What I would like, because I can imagine there are so many more people streaming than CD people, is if they had an option to pay higher for streaming and be able to get the same movies as with the CD program.

Maybe there's an obvious business reason and I'm obtuse for not getting it, but why does Netflix periodically remove content? It's not like they need to make space in their attic.

Leftover congee. Not enough for a meal.

Leftover fermented garlic egg. Not enough for a meal.

*BRAIN HAS AN INSPIRATION!*

Combine them with chopped onion and a slice of smoked gouda cheese and roll it up into a burrito.

There will also be homemade maple and brown sugar oatmeal cookies. I look forward to breaktime.

That's some damn thick congee! I guess with it leftover the rice absorbed whatever liquid was left. Not that there is much to start with.

licensing agreements. they're basically just renting that shit until it's time to renegotiate.

It is not up to them when something is removed or when, let's say, another season starts. EPIX (I think they cancelled their contract with Netflix) supplied movies and it is the studios and channels that determine if and when they release it to Netflix to view. Contracts, contracts, contracts!

also, fuck you, netflix. i said i wanted MORE bob's burgers, not less bob's burgers. ugh, after the next series of kimmy schmidt comes out i might just go back to stealing this shit.

WTF? They got rid of seasons or episodes that were already there? That's stupid.

I had both streaming and discs for awhile and dropped disc delivery only because I don't have outgoing mail where I live and it's a trip into town if I want or need to mail something. It's only been a year-ish since I dropped it but turnaround time was only a couple days. I would definitely prefer getting ALL of their content via streaming. I suppose there's always Hulu or Amazon Video but I'm still not putting much of a dent in my queue.

I love that you tell people that I would never betray your trust as you're betraying my trust. You and you're idiot fuckknuckle sexting partner can share the same bag of dicks.

I am sorry you're going through this. What a sad, disappointing pain in the ass!

I am glad you had a decent turnaround. Amazon Video hasn't enticed me. I have Hulu and enjoy the flexible programs they have.

amazon prime would be great if half the awesome shit they had didn't require you to pay additional rental fees.

also, if it hadn't constantly crashed my browser when i watched it on my pc. i still have no idea what the fuck that was all about.

I know, WTF is up with paying rental fees on top of the yearly price?!

If the Jackets get bounced, and given their play the last month that's looking like an imminent prospect, I promise not to pull for Washington. My lack of support might give them a fighting chance of actually winning.

One of the local kids plays for the Blue Jackets.
