The difference is she owns her own skin, much of that majority of other bullshit you see in East L.A for instance is done without the permission of the property owners.

But I don't think that's the case, those look modern and done quite well....I don't think your "experience" is serving you very well in this department.

You can just not like ink...that's fine, but it's not going to blow out and looks like a mess in 20 years. Maybe in 100...still unlikely but maybe.
