The fences have to be perfect, or you will NOT be a happy Smurf.

It really needs proper setting up...let him take the time and follow the instructions and it will be a joy to use, otherwise you will be constantly swearing at it.

Get the tape measure set right for the blade and you will have accurate cuts every time without checking.

Dust collection becomes essential if you want to do much with that list...the fine stuff will kill you faster than smoking.

There are two slab doors to be trimmed today... replacing ugly Luan bifold ones on front coat closet. I need a person to tail them as the overhang gets bad... any takers in southwestern Ontario?

Clamp a guide to them and use a circular saw with a sharp blade...maybe a 1/8 hardboard on top of the cut as well to eliminate tearout...try and run them across a table saw and you know you will fuck it up
