I've met people I would never tell a soul about and I've had meet ups with others that we've been joking openly about for years.

Not everyone is the same and I, too, cringe a little at openly posting details about a meet up on this board but it's only my own feelings, not those involved. It's always the difference of "that sort of attention would be uncomfortable to me" that everyone has their own levels of.

Dinner with Elle was fabulous. She is smart, beautiful and has a heart of gold. I hope everybody at the table had as much fun as I did.

The negative kickback on this is bizarre and childish. I am no social butterfly but I have met a number of Litsters over the years. I would not unmeet any of them. Each a unique flower, bringing to Lit a piece of the puzzle unlike all the other pieces. The best advice of keeping your details to yourself is broken and refuted with each dinner, drink, or asshook fitting.

I've of different thought that my one time meeting a litster would have cheapened the experience had it been displayed for all to twitter about. Meeting another this summer when I travel Outside, and no way will that be open for gossip. Out of respect and privacy as they also offer the same to me.

I agree that the primary ethic for any meet-up is the OVERALL sensibility of the group. We've had Lit-togethers in Toronto where the only people mentioned were those who WISHED it.

Respect for privacy should be, and GENERALLY is, the primary concern at these happy Events.

My Iggy List, as GP, is pretty short, so far. I've learned to scroll past negative shit, or read it when I need to giggle at stupidity and loneliness in action.

Oh the mall, just for the Mall of America name when I went first time, was, where is the rest of it?

Melbourne's Shopping centers keep on updating best of the Southern Hemisphere, so, I go there the first time, Legoland, awesome, Mall of America, small, and rollercoaster, on strike.
